Our business model is very simple. We focus on reducing the supply portion of our customer’s bill while at the same time they remain a customer of their existing utility so they enjoy all of the services they are currently receiving.
• Your electric and natural gas price is presently a blended rate depending on what day of the month your meter is read plus the 7% state sales tax. We are exactly the same as they read the meter and provide us with your usage.
• Please understand that you are still a customer of your current utility and your status remains exactly the same. Whatever services you have now will not change at all by having Systrum Energy as your commodity supplier.
• We have the ability to lock a customer into a flat rate for a certain time frame but we refrain from doing that. We have found that just like the stock market one day you're a hero and the next day you are not.
