Our business model is very simple. We focus on reducing the commodity portion of our customer’s bill while at the same time they remain a customer of their existing utility so they enjoy all of the services they are currently receiving.

   The process is easy, the utility still reads your meter and we are sent an electronic file of your usage. We then process it through our billing system and send it back to them. Our commodity portion will be listed on your monthly utility bill as the supplier of your natural gas. The utility collects and remits our proceeds to us as we have the flexibility to co-bill with the utility. This way you get the savings and still have the convenience of paying one bill. It doesn’t matter what the gas is used for, whether it is for cooking, processing or heating. The enjoyable difference is that your commodity portion of the bill will be less than you currently are paying.

•    You are not locked into any time frame with Systrum Energy. Our agreement is on a month-to-month basis so if for some reason you would like to return to the utility,you may do so at  anytime without any penalty. 

   

•    Your natural gas price is presently a blended rate depending on what day of the month your meter is read plus the 7% state sales tax. We are exactly the same as they read the meter and provide us with your usage.


•    Please understand that you are still a customer of your current utility and your status remains exactly the same. Whatever services you have now will not change at all by having Systrum Energy as your commodity supplier.


•    We have the ability to lock a customer into a flat rate for a certain time frame but we refrain from doing that. We have found that just like the stock market one day you're a hero and the next day you are not.
